Alaska House unveils $2.9B capital spending plan
The House Finance Committee on Friday unveiled its first take on a state capital spending plan — a $2.9 billion package that includes $57 million for a rail extension line in south-central Alaska and funds toward wind generation, Medicare clinic and other projects.
